Regional Medical Center was selected as one of The Commercial Appeal Top Workplaces of 2013. The health system shares this honor with 49 prestigious companies across a variety of industries. In addition to being named one of the top 50, Regional Medical Center also received the Leadership Award in the category of more than 500 employees. “This recognition is an incredible honor because it comes directly from our employees,” said Sarah Colley, Senior Vice President, Human Resources. “Our employees are clearly dedicated to their work and the patients we serve, and the opportunity for the organization to be recognized for our commitment to our employees in this way is very rewarding.”  The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics. The top 50 companies were honored at a special event and were featured in The Commercial Appeal in December.
