Regional One Health was selected as one of The Commercial Appeal Top Workplaces for the third consecutive year. The health system shares this honor with 59 prestigious companies across a variety of industries.

The recognition is especially meaningful because the honor comes directly from feedback provided by employees. The Top Workplaces are determined based on data gathered through an employee survey. The survey included a range of questions covering factors such as how employees feel about work and life, salary, benefits, bosses, training and leadership and corporate culture.

The top 60 companies were honored at an awards ceremony in December and featured in The Commercial Appeal. The honor was also announced to employees at a celebratory holiday event at the hospital.
