Claudette Shephard, MD, FACOG is a pediatric gynecologist at Regional One Health. Dr. Shephard is the residency program director and an associate professor in the division of obstetrics and gynecology at University of Tennessee Health Science Center.

She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, CA. Dr. Shephard completed her internship and residency at SUNY-Health Science Center at Brooklyn/Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY and her pediatric and adolescent gynecology fellowship at UTHSC.

Dr. Shephard is an ad hoc reviewer for Obstetrics and Gynecology and Journal of Adolescent and Pediatric Gynecology. Dr. Shephard has been recognized in Best Doctors in America and is a 2000 recipient of the Memphis Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” award. Her special interests include adolescent gynecology and sexual assault.
