Cleo C. Carter, MD is a board-certified anesthesiologist at Regional One Health.

He earned his medical degree at University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson and completed his anesthesiology residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.

Dr. Carter’s work has been published in Current Pain and Headache Report and the Journal of Health Care for the Poor and Underserved, and he has been a presenter at numerous conferences.
