Eduardo Cabigao, MD, is an emergency medicine physician at Regional One Health. Dr. Cabigao attended medical school at University of Santo Tomas and completed his residency in family medicine at University of Tennessee Health Science Center.

Dr. Cabigao is passionate about giving back to his native country, the Philippines, and frequently returns to provide compassionate health care to those in need as well as nutrition counseling for malnourished children. “I believe all people are entitled to competent and compassionate medical care. It drives my work in the emergency department as well as my mission work in the Philippines,” said Dr. Cabigao.

In 2014, he & his wife Dr. Olivia Cabigao founded a 501c3 non-profit organization, Memphis Outreach, that conducts medical & surgical missions to different locales in the Philippines twice a year and provides continuing support to the nutrition program for malnourished school children in El Nido, Palawan. Dr. Cabigao also founded a clinical observership program for alumni of his medical school to gain clinical experience in this country and assist them in applying for residency training in the United States.

Dr. Cabigao is board certified in emergency medicine. He is a fellow and member of the board of directors of the Tennessee American Academy of Emergency Medicine and a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
