Teresa Ford, CFNP is a certified family nurse practitioner at Regional One Health. She sees adult and pediatric patients at Kirby Primary Care for preventative care, the treatment of illness and injury, management of chronic conditions, and other primary care needs.

Teresa earned her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Chamberlain College of Nursing in Chicago and a Bachelor of Science at South University in Savannah, Georgia. She also trained at St. Joseph School of Nursing in Memphis.

Board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Teresa has over 20 years of experience as a family nurse practitioner and registered nurse. She has worked with patients in obstetric, pediatric, geriatric, post-surgical, cardiovascular critical care and other settings.
